- Form a strong coordination point for handling all the application operations and system administrative requirements to ensure smooth operations of all production servers
- Coordinating with Engineering, Technical Operations, Network Operations to get the production issues resolved with the least possible downtime
- Collecting and maintaining vital system statistics for various servers and applications
- Conducting trend analysis to anticipate any problems
- To standardize day to day work to have an effective escalation's process in place
- To built a team which can take the operations forward accepting more responsibilities
- Keeping abreast with changes in technology and production systems
