Chief Executive Officer

Saumya Bhatnagar, founded ekSource in 2008 at Herndon, Virginia with a vision to create a one stop, consulting company with focus on small to mid-size companies in the Financial & Investment Banking, Hospitality, HealthCare and Technology Product Development services.

He has more than 15 years experience working with various large and start-up IT outsourcing companys in various roles - Business Development, Client Relationship Management & Account Management, Program Management, Presales, Application Development / Maintenance Project Deliveries Management and Professional Services.

Prior to co-founding ekSource, Saumya was a Director at a mid-size IT outsourcing and consulting company, responsible for growing multiple clients from scratch to multi-million dollar client engagements, implementing large and small multi-technology / multi-location projects involving Onsite, Offshore & Onsite-Offshore delivery model.

Saumya has vast experience in providing Outsourcing Partnership strategy and solutions to clients in US, UK and Japan; set up Offshore Development Centers dedicated to their needs.

Sunil Deo
Chief Technical Officer

Sunil Deo is Chief Technical Officer at ekSource. Sunil overseas at strengthening ekSources overall technology focus and the roadmap to align it to the organizational vision and mission. As a premier of technology at ekSource, Sunil leads the team of Technology and Delivery experts in delivering integrated business solutions to ekSources global client base.

Sunil has more than 20 years experience in Application Development and Maintenance, IT Security/ IT Systems Management & Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) , Security Compliance ( SAS-70, ISO and PCI), Business Development & Client Relationship Management.

Prior to co-founding ekSource; Sunil was a Director with a start-up company; which grew from 30 to 1400 people in 6 years; responsible for IT-Infrastructure Design, Administration, Development, Expansions, Projections & Budgeting, Business Development in Remote Infrastructure/Operations Management (RIM).

Sunil has vast experience in Design & Implementation of Corporate IT-Security policies & procedures. Managing complete SAS-70, PCI & partly CMMi-3 & BS 7799/ISO 27001

Meghna Bhagwat
Founder and President

Meghna Bhagwat is the President and majority owner of ekSource Technologies, Inc. She brings more than a decade of leadership and training skills developed though her distinguished career.

Meghna founded ekSource after working for another successful high-tech startup, where she managed the day to day operations including data management, personnel training, customer satisfaction and deliveries.

Her desire to create an employee-centered and customer focused business led her to develop the ekSource concept. Careful selection of team members, personal improvement plans, and a sincere desire to see each and every person achieve their personal goals produced a highly cohesive, focused, energetic team not afraid to tackle imposing jobs using new and enlightened methods.
